| Payment For Our Services Southwest Radiation Oncology Center is committed to maintaining a competitive price structure for our services through strategic business management. Radiation Therapy Consultants, Ltd., does all the professional and technical billing for consultation, screening, radiation therapy and other services provided at the Center. Following the initial medical consultation and identification of treatment needs, we discuss fees and payment plans with our patients, offering personal financial counseling, if necessary. Our physicians and employees work with patients to assist them with any personal or financial problems that may arise while undergoing treatment at the Center. The Administrator, Aleta Rettker, provides personal consultation on these services, when needed. The Center accepts all major health care payment plans, including HMOs and PPOs, and accepts assignments on patients covered by Medicare.
